NHS Care

NHS Care

We provide the full range of NHS dental treatments. NHS dental treatments are categorised into Bands, with each Band covering specific treatments. The types of treatment offered under the Bands, and the charges for the Bands are set by the Department of Health.

Band 1 Course of Treatment
This includes an examination and diagnosis of any problems if required, advice on how to prevent future problems and how to improve general oral health.

Band 2 Course of Treatment
This covers more complex treatments including fillings, root canal work or extractions.

Band 3 Course of Treatment
This includes very complex treatments, usually involving lab work such as crowns, dentures and bridges.
